Information about session lengths, room setup, equipment and booking conditions.
Do we need a membership?
No. Rooms are available for individual bookings, whether you need a couple of hours or a full day.
How long is a half-day or a full day?
A half-day session is four hours. A full-day session is eight hours. Hourly bookings have a two-hour minimum. Please include setup and pack-down within your booked time.
When are the rooms available?
Monday–Friday 8am–6pm. Saturday 9am–5pm. Closed Sunday. Availability depends on your chosen room and date.
What do the prices include?
Room rates include GST, Wi-Fi, filtered water and self-serve tea and coffee. Standard room equipment is included. Any room-specific charges are listed on that room’s page and confirmed with your quote.
Can you set the room up for us?
Yes. Let us know your preferred layout and group size when you enquire. The Workshop can be arranged in several layouts; the other rooms have a fixed meeting-table setup.
Can we arrange our own catering?
Yes. You may bring food or organise a delivery. Please coordinate delivery timing and serving requirements before the day. Room-specific outside catering conditions are listed on the room page.
Are the rooms suitable for video calls?
The Boardroom includes video conferencing equipment. The Workshop has a presentation display for connecting your own equipment. Bring your laptop and check any specialist connection requirements ahead of time.
Where can we find access information?
Building access information is included in each room’s practical details. Review it with your guests’ requirements in mind, then raise any questions before confirming.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Check the cancellation policy for your selected room. The Workshop’s policy is listed in its practical details. Your room quote confirms the conditions that apply.
